職位需求：Request on background:
1.從事生產(chǎn)或技術(shù)經(jīng)理崗位至少5年以上，熟悉生產(chǎn)管理與技術(shù)、質(zhì)量體系與控制、工藝過(guò)程、EHS、持續(xù)改進(jìn)及外協(xié)等流程。 At least 5 years working experiences in manufacturing or technology manager or similar position. Be familiar with Production Management and technology, Quality system and Control, Technical process, Continuous Improvement and Outsourcing etc. 2.對(duì)生產(chǎn)過(guò)程所需的設(shè)備、工裝、測(cè)量?jī)x器有充分的了解和掌握; Be familiar with equipment, fixture, measuring tools in manufacturing process 3.能夠根據(jù)生產(chǎn)情況,及時(shí)制定調(diào)整生產(chǎn)技術(shù)方案，確保及時(shí)發(fā)運(yùn); Based on reality, set in and adjust production plan and ensure delivery in time. 4.軸承或相關(guān)行業(yè)從業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先; Working experience in bearing or related filedw will be preferred. 5.有外企業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，精通外語(yǔ)者優(yōu)先； Fluent English and Working experience in a foreign company will be preferred. 6.良好的溝通能力，責(zé)任心強(qiáng),具有團(tuán)隊(duì)精神 Good communication skills, Strong sense of responsibility, Teamwork spirit
